The McCusker Family Foundation works with various veterinary providers in the Las Vegas-area. Once you have applied we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know whether we are able to assist. If a grant is awarded, we will advise you on where to take your pet.

Please explain your situation as thoroughly as possible to help us understand your particular needs. While we can’t help everyone, the more information that you provide, the better it will help our granting committee consider your application.

In order to qualify for a grant you must have a household income of less than $65,000 per year. You may be asked to provide proof of income.

An initial approval to have your pet seen by one of our veterinarian partners is not a guarantee of treatment costs. The amount of the financial grant, beyond the initial survey of your pet, will be determined after a veterinarian report and estimate of treatment costs are submitted to the McCusker Family Foundation by the assigned veterinarian.
